It may not be commonly known, but holding exhibitions and events overseas and transporting the items requires complicated procedures, and it is not an easy task.
This is because each country has different customs clearance system and you need to keep a strict schedule. there are also rules set by the venues that you have to follow. Ever since its foundation in 2002, BLUELINE has been offering tailor made transportation plans including land, sea and air transport. we utilize our wide global network abundant experience and knowledge gained over the years to match the clients needs and deliver the freight safely and on time.

Step 01

Pick up

We will pick up the freight at the specified date, time and location
Step 02

Packing

In order to prevent the contents from being damaged during the transport, we will pack the freight if necessary
Step 03

Move in

We will carry the freight to the designated airport or warehouse, and carry it in to the bonded warehouse. We will check the member of packages and examine the exterior for damages
Step 04

Calibration explosives inspection, Labeling

We will label the freight with an Air Way Bill after it gets weighed and measured.
Step 05

Export declaration

After the freight gets carried into the bonded warehouse. We will make an export declaration through NACCS(Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System)
Step 06

Export customs clearance

If necessary, customs will examine the freight and the paperwork after the examination, the freight will be granted customs clearance through NACCS.
Step 07

We carry the freight to the airport

The airline will lord the freight on to the plane with ULD
(Unit Lord Device)
Step 08

Fright

Freight depart from the designated airport to the destination airport.
The lording and shipping can be done smoothly, as we reserve lording space in advance

Step 01

Arrival

Upon arrival at the designated airport, the customer's cargo will be unloaded from the aircraft.
Step 02

Loading and Unloading

After the loading and unloading of cargo, cargo is checked.
Step 03

Move in

Carry the checked freight to the bonded warehouse.
Step 04

Import declaration

After the freight gets carried in to the bonded warehouse, we will make a import declaration through NACCS(Nippon Automated cargo Clearance System)
Step 05

Custom inspection, import custom clearance

Customs will examine the freight and the paper work After the examination,
the freight will be granted customs clearance through NACCS
Step 06

Move out

Freight will be removed from the bonded storage area after the import custom clearance
Step 07

Loading

Load customers' cargo onto transport vehicles and transporters.
Step 08

Delivery

Deliver the cargo to the address specified in advance by the customer.
